Terms of Service

These terms describe the basic rules for using Groomly, a salon management system for pet grooming businesses. Groomly is currently provided in a private alpha or limited access environment.

Use of the service

Groomly is intended for authorized grooming salons and their authorized staff. Users must keep account credentials secure and use the service only for legitimate salon operations.

Salon responsibility

Each salon is responsible for the accuracy of the business, client, pet, appointment, pricing, legal, and contact information it enters into Groomly.

Google Calendar integration

If a salon connects Google Calendar, Groomly may create, update, delete, and read calendar events related to salon appointments and availability. The salon can disconnect Google Calendar from the admin settings or revoke access from the Google Account permissions page.

Availability

Groomly is developed and operated with care, but the service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable during maintenance, testing, updates, or incidents.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to Groomly systems or other salons' data.
• Do not use the service for illegal, abusive, or misleading activity.
• Do not upload or store data you are not allowed to process.
• Do not interfere with the stability, security, or operation of the service.

Changes

Groomly may update these terms as the product develops. The latest version will be published on this page.
